I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist who is passionate about helping individuals and families experience meaningful, lasting growth. I provide a warm, supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. My approach is compassionate yet direct, blending faith-based principles with evidence-based practices such as CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy
I work with adolescents and adults navigating life transitions, emotional distress, and relational challenges. Many experience anxiety, trauma, substance use concerns, or struggles with self-worth and communication. I support individuals, couples, and families in a trauma-informed, faith-integrated (if desired) space to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, values-based change.
